You main responsibilities include performing desktop support tasks for DISAnet Command Center and Join Forces Headquarters, such as hardware and software troubleshooting, network issue support, application support, and technical training.
This is a Tier II Windows 7 Desktop Support environment, and the customer will be migrating to Windows 10 next year. This position requires a current TS/SCI clearance.
