Scope of Work:
The scope of the DISA IT Enterprise Support Services (DESS) Contract is to provide support services to operate, maintain, and modernize DISA’s Global IT Enterprise. The Functional scope of the tasks associated with this effort includes Program Management, IT Service Management, Service Desk, Information Assurance, Enterprise Architecture, Global Cable Plant, Enterprise Engineering Services and the Technical and Programmatic support.
