Fairfax, VA – Highlight Technologies, LLC has been appraised at level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration. The appraisal was performed by Process Improvement and Compliance, LLC. 
CMMI provides appraisals based on a benchmark rating method consisting of effective processes that ultimately improve an organizations performance. An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates an organization is performing at a “defined” level. are well-explained and understood at this level. Organization-wide standards provide proactive, instead of reactive, guidance across projects, programs, and portfolios. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the bases for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.
