Congratulations to Tracy Nguyen and Jim Flynn!

They are winners in the 2017 Washington Executive Management Awards. The award ceremony will be held in March 2017 in Washington, DC.

Tracy Nguyen is the Director of Finance and Accounting with over 17 years of combined experience in government contracting, non-profit organizations, and local governments. Before joining our team, she rose from a Senior Accountant to Finance Director in her 14- year career with ViON Corporation. Tracy has recently implemented a new ERP system for Highlight Technologies.

Jim Flynn is the Executive Vice President with over 30 years of managerial experience in the public and private sectors. His career began as a Contracting Specialist for the Navy Department to later working for prominent companies like Booz Allen Hamilton and AT&T . Jim has helped Highlight grow exponentially since he joined our company.
