Fairfax, VA – Highlight Technologies has been selected as a finalist for the 2018 Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF) Award of Excellence. The SECAF Award of Excellence highlights an organization that represents excellence within their respective community, the government contracting industry, and towards employees.
