HIGHLIGHT ASSISTS SMALL BUSINESS TO ACHIEVE ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION

Fairfax, VA – In June 2019, Highlight, LLC successfully assisted Venatôre LLC, an 8(a) certified small business, to become ISO 9001:2015 certified in less than six months.  Highlight used its HI-WAY™™ framework for integrating quality to generate a baseline of processes and controls to support the creation and enhancement of the Venatôre Quality Management System (QMS).

HI-WAY™™ offers orchestrated operational processes with built-in compliance with ISO standards and CMMI models. Tailored for service delivery in the Federal services domain, HI-WAY™™ processes deliver quality strategy, identify process controls, and comprehensively measure service outcomes.

Venatôre (www.venatore.com), working with Highlight, was able to quickly tailor the foundational HI-WAY™™ processes to establish robust organizational quality controls and surveillance measures that govern Venatôre product design and service delivery to their clients. The ISO 9001:2015 certification benefits Venatôre’s clients through improved service outcomes and repeatable quality. The certification also opens new business opportunities and markets to Venatôre that will help accelerate the growth of their business. Federal clients are increasingly including ISO certification as a key factor in competitive contract evaluation processes.

“We are very pleased we were able to successfully leverage our HI-WAY™™ framework to help Venatôre achieve their ISO 9001 certification so quickly. We appreciate Venatôre entrusting us to lead them through this process and applaud the significant effort the Venatôre team put forth to develop and certify their QMS.” said Adam McNair, COO of Highlight Technologies.
