Highlight Awarded Blanket Purchase Agreement to Provide IT Services, Cybersecurity, and System Administration Support To General Service Administration

Fairfax, VA – Highlight has been awarded a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) to support the General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Corporate IT Services (IC) to support the enhancement of essential enterprise functions. The BPA will support critical technology transformation to support employee efficiency, support security system development, maintenance, design, general IT support services, and more to support CXO IT systems.

Highlight currently supports GSA through GSA Schedule 70 and GSA PSS MOBIS by providing various IT services. Our team’s expertise involves servicing various contracts IT architecture, design & strategy, DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, Network, and Systems Administration. Our HI-WAY™TM framework allows helps our team to deliver quality solutions customized to every project and mission.

Highlight Awarded 2021 “Companies as Responsive Employers” (CARE) Award for Second Year in a Row

October 5, 2021 – Fairfax, VA – Highlight was announced as a 2021 NVFS CARE Award recipient. CARE Awards are awarded to DC Metro Area-based companies with significant commitments to employee engagement—both at work and home—and community service.  This win is Highlight’s second consecutive win building on our win in 2019. Due to the pandemic, the 2020 CARE Awards were canceled.

Highlight is firmly committed to supporting its employees and the community. In 2021, Highlight employees participated in four service opportunities that benefitted non-profit organizations as a part of our Highlight Cares Initiative, an effort designed to demonstrate our dedication to community service and employee engagement.

In 2021, Highlight conducted a Nationwide Virtual Food Drive, Environmental Service Competition, Back to School Drive, and will hold a Holiday Gift Drive at the end of the year. The food drive resulted in employees donating $1526 items to food banks across the nation, and Highlight donating $10,000 to Feeding America. The Environmental Service competition resulted in over 100 hours of clean-up, wildlife and nature tending, and implementation of more sustainable practices, and 1000 tree donations to One Tree Planted. In our third initiative, Sweat for the Vets, our team competed in mileage and 5k competition and ran a t-shirt campaign, resulting in $6787 donated to benefit The Mission Continues. The Highlight Cares Back-To-School-Drive helping Women Giving Back resulted in $835 employee donations, countless school supplies, and a corporate donation of $2000. Highlight will conduct our fifth initiative at the end of the year.
