Highlight is proud to announce that it has earned the prestigious Virginia Values Veterans (V3) certification.

Administered by the Virginia Department of Veterans Services, the Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Program helps employers create and implement successful, long-term strategies for recruiting, hiring, and retaining Virginia veterans. The skills and experiences that today’s service members and veterans gain in the modern military make them a highly valuable talent pool for companies looking to grow and enhance their organizational performance.

The Virginia Values Veterans Program (V3) is a free training and certification program for employers to help them implement nationally recognized best practices in recruiting, hiring, and retaining highly-skilled and dependable Veterans. (Highlight) are proud to announce the formation of a joint venture based on our SourceAmerica-sanctioned Mentor-Protégé. This partnership is one of the first of its kind under the SourceAmerica mentor protégé program.

Highlight will provide strategic and infrastructure support to Nobis in creating a new contact center and help desk support services line of business in support of their overall economic development plan.  

Nobis Enterprises, Inc. is a non-profit organization and 40-year provider of AbilityOne services dedicated to leveraging the power of government contracting by providing meaningful training and employment opportunities to persons with disabilities.
