Director of Human Resources
Fiona has supported Highlight for over four years, starting as our Human Resources Manager. Today, Fiona serves as our Director of Human Resources, managing the entire employee lifecycle from on- and off-boarding, benefits administration, compliance oversight, and reporting to corporate training and professional development.
Before Highlight, Fiona gained her experience supporting the H.R. departments of ScienceLogic and Comprehensive Health Services. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is SHRM-CP certified. Fiona is a 2020 ACT-IAC Associate. Fiona has a B.A. in Psychology from Christopher Newport University with a minor in Business Management.
In her free time, she loves to travel and is a big Nationals Baseball fan. As a Northern Virginia local, she enjoys taking advantage of all that the DC-Metro area offers with her family, friends, and two dogs. If Fiona could have any superpower, she said, “Teleportation—getting to my destination at the snap of my fingers would be incredible!”
