Director of Operations, Digital Government
John has 25+ years of experience providing supervisory, managerial, and executive-level support to federal I.T. program operations for agencies. At Highlight, he provides executive oversight for programs within the Digital Government portfolio, supporting several government agencies. John serves as a primary corporate operational point-of-contact for government task monitors, C.O.R.s, and other stakeholders. He supports our on-site project teams as a corporate liaison to ensure they receive support services such as accounting, contracts administration, human resources, quality assurance, and other corporate functions. John helps to oversee the direction of technical services, including reviewing and driving timelines and deliverables, aligning program budgets with operational costs, and ensuring high-quality delivery of services and products.
John earned a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from the College of William and Mary and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the George Mason University School of Law. John is a current member of the Virginia State Bar. He spends his free time with his wife Jackie and their two daughters and son. A fun fact about John is that One of his first clients was Robert Mueller back when he was the U.S. District Attorney for the Northern District of California. If John could have any superpower, it would be time travel.
