Lia has over 12 years of program management experience within the government contracting industry. She has successfully managed and delivered on large projects across several federal agencies, including USAID, State Department, E.P.A., and S.B.A. She is passionate about providing oversight support to Highlight’s professional services portfolio, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality services.
Lia has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and an M.P.P. in Public Policy from George Mason University. Lia is a certified Project Management Professional (P.M.P.) and is Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certified.
She enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and their super-active son, who keeps them on their toes in her spare time. If Lia could have any superpower, it would be to see into the future to help her plan better.
