Director of Internal Operations
Over the past ten years, Mary has supported non-profit and for-profit organizations providing change management and IT operations support. Mary has supported Highlight since 2016, serving in various IT and operational roles. As Director of Internal Operations, she ensures the smooth operation of Highlight’s back office by coordinating department workflows, engineering processes, performing strategy and planning functions, addressing system sustainability and scalability, and managing security and compliance across the organization. As Highlight scales and grows, Mary ensures every team has the tools and resources necessary to succeed.
Mary earned her B.S. in Applied Information Technology from George Mason University. She’s a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), a CMMI Associate, has her Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations certification, and was a graduate of the ACT-IAC Associates Program.
In her spare time, you’ll find Mary spending time with friends and family or Stand Up Paddleboarding with her labradoodle, Tepper.
