Recruiting Manager
Matt leads the Highlight staffing efforts across our government programs, proposal efforts, and back-office teams. He also leads and helps maintain relationships with external teaming partners. Matt has been with Highlight since 2018, staffing programs for both digital and mission portfolios, and was essential and led the surge staffing efforts on our S.B.A. programs surrounding COVID-19 relief loans.
Matt earned a Bachelors in Communications and Media at George Mason University. Matt is also a graduate of the ACT-IAC Associates program.
When Matt isn’t working, his focus is on Special Agent Cooper, his 75lb golden doodle.
