Roman has over 11 years of experience supporting software development and modernization projects in various roles, including project lead, manager, and developer. At Highlight, Roman has worked across our operations and business development teams within our Digital Government portfolio, supporting agencies like DISA, USCIS, USDA, F.S.A., and HRSA. Roman focuses on working directly with customers and stakeholders to deliver solutions and modernize processes. Additionally, he supports our business development team looking for new opportunities to grow our DevSecOps capabilities and offerings for different federal agencies.
Before Highlight, Roman worked on development projects with Booz Allen Hamilton and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Roman earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
In his spare time, Roman spends his time grilling and utilizing Agile methodology to remediate hunger cravings.
