Chief Financial Officer
Tracy has more than 20 years of combined financial experience in government contracting, non-profit organizations, and local governments. Tracy is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, tax & registrations, and financial reporting. She has a strong knowledge of GAAP and FAR. Tracy has handled multiple accounting system implementations and recently implemented a new ERP system for Highlight. Tracy played a vital role in the success of the conversion to an ESOP-owned company. These responsibilities include internal and external reporting, cash management, and maintaining the bank’s corporate relationship. She holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from Marymount University, an M.B.A. in Accounting, and recently completed the Executive Leadership course at Harvard Business School.
She has been nominated for/received several accolades, including: Chief Officer Awards C.F.O. of the Year 2022 – Washington Exec, Virginia CFO Awards Finalist – Virginia Business Magazine, and CFO winner – Smart CEO Magazine.
Tracy also enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and taking yoga and Pilates classes. When asked about having unique talents, Tracy responded, “At the age of 9, I already learned how to cook full meals for the family. Knowing how to cook led me to food adventures. I love to travel to find out the best cuisine in every city and country that we visit. The sushi in the fish market in Tokyo is the best I’ve ever had. The fresh seafood places in Barcelona are to die for. The variety of food halls in Singapore are phenomenal, and so on.”
