To determine the Best Medium Workplaces list, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of over 228,000 employees from Great Place To Work Certified™ companies with between 100 and 999 U.S. employees.

The Best Medium Workplaces list is highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.

Maxwell has over 25 years of experience in the government contracting industry, with a focus in the Information Technology, Aerospace, Defense, and Professional Services markets. Bill helped CALIBRE – a majority ESOP firm – grow from $68M to $170M, won the first international subcontract at ERP International, and established a multi-company shared services operation at Jefferson Consulting Group.

Maxwell holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh, a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from the University of the Pacific and is also a licensed CPA in Virginia.

He leads the local Sierra Club ICO, which takes disadvantaged children on hiking, canoeing, swimming, and other trips. Maxwell is an avid skier and volleyball enthusiast.
