Great organization to work for; during my 5 year employment I have been treated with great respect.

This is a small and dynamic company that values its employees and finds ways to engage all employees. It has been consistently growing and keeps everyone informed of ‘where the Company is in terms of any changes .. what is being done.. and expectations.’ However, the most important aspect for me is that this company always invites employees to participate and express their honest views.

My program managers are responsive, flexible, and very willing to listen to any concerns that I may have about my projects. Additionally, I feel that Highlight is very interested in my professional development, and is willing to provide me with opportunities to grow.

We are well organized and goals are clear. Newsletters are also sent out informing us of events, coworker social events and photos allowing glimpses into lives outside my everyday team. The company adamantly cares about its employees as people first.
