Highlight Joins Salesforce Partner Program

Highlight is proud to announce that we have joined the Salesforce Partner Program as a part of the AppExchange and Consulting Partner Program tracks. Salesforce is a FedRamp and DOD IL2/4 compliant cloud-based CRM application that helps improve operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and delivering vital information faster.

Our Salesforce partnerships enable both our internal team at Highlight and our customers to drive optimization and collaboration. Salesforce enables our teams and customers to improve their collaboration, expands their capabilities for application development, case management, relationship management, license management, emergency response management, and more. Through day-to-day operations, Salesforce aggregates data to allow teams to report analytics on these business processes to help our customers identify areas to improve processes and increase productivity
