Highlight Ranks 35th on Washington Business Journal Corporate Diversity Index

Fairfax, VA — Highlight has ranked 35th on the 2024 Washington Business Journal’s Corporate Diversity Index.
Highlight is one of the 36 companies in the greater Washington D.C. area to be recognized by the Washington Business Journal’s Corporate Diversity Index. This accolade is ranked by the percentage of total employees that are People of Color. We are proud to report that as of April 2024, 56.62% of Highlight employees are POC. One of our primary goals within Highlight and our company culture is to create an environment that celebrates Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA). Highlight sets yearly benchmark goals to ensure the organization continuously aligns with this goal, to ensure progression Highlight provides and promotes training, recruiting and management best practices, listening sessions, and discussions surrounding DEIA routinely.
