Fairfax, VA – Highlight Technologies, LLC lands at #21 out of the top 30 companies listed on Washington Business Journal’s 2017 Small Technology Companies List. To be eligible, companies must have under 150 employees, be based out of the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, and show year-over-year revenue growth.
