Vice President, Digital Government
Kevin has over 15 years of I.T. experience working for large and small companies in both the commercial and federal sectors. Before joining Highlight, Kevin was a Vice President of Operations, responsible for executing contracts with Federal Civilian agencies, including the Department of State, Department of Labor, Department of the Interior, and the Department of Homeland Security. Over the years, he’s been responsible for business development, opportunity capture, and solution and proposal development—still, his most extensive experience in developing customer relationships and delivering software development projects.
Today, Kevin acts as Vice President of Delivery for Digital Government, where he works with our customers and delivery teams to develop solutions that solve our customers’ complex problems. Kevin enjoys mentoring and ensuring the right people are in the right place with the right tools. He hopes to bring his software development management experience to solve more of the federal government’s challenges.
Kevin has a B.A. in Theater from Mary Washington College, an M.S. in e-Commerce from George Mason University, and numerous industry certifications, including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations and Project Management Professional (P.M.P.). When not working, Kevin enjoys going to the theatre, sailing, playing board games with his wife, and playing Star Wars games. Kevin has spent time playing competitive Star Wars games, from multiples at the U.S. National level to competing once at the World Championship!
