Highlight Awarded Subcontract To Support National Institute Of Health (NIH) Scientific Operations, And Administrative Resources (SOAR)

September 16, 2021, Fairfax, VA – Highlight has been awarded a subcontract opportunity to support Medical Science & Computing LLC, a Dovel Company, across the National Institute of Health (NIH) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Scientific, Operations, and Administrative Resources (SOAR) contract.

SOAR will support NIH’s 27 Institutes and Centers by supporting operations, clinical research support, facility operations, maintenance, engineering and architecture support, technical IT services, analysis support, communication and publishing services, and administrative support.
