The ACT/IAC Associates program is a leadership development program for which “rising stars” in government and industry with high potential for future advancement. We are sending warm congratulations to Othman B. and Steven S. for being selected out a competitive pool of applicants to be part of the ACT/IAC Associates Class of 2018.

The Associates Program prepares entry-level professionals for their future roles as leaders in government and industry. Through coaching and classroom thinking, this program promotes career growth. Othman and Steven will also be going through independent and team exercises which will help them learn professional skills and develop a more extensive view of the government IT community. The Associates Program provides essential personal, team and career development training by trusted subject matter expert within the government IT community.
