NIH OER - Communications Support
NIH Office for Extramural Research (OER) provides the corporate framework for all 27 Institutes and Centers communicating timely and accurately information on grants, policies, and processes to the extramural research community. Highlight provides full-scope communications support including social media, events, content development, and website management. Our social media strategy resulted in a near doubled Twitter audience and increased followership across other platforms. To address website users and reduce strain on customer service staff, Highlight developed the first chatbot with an accurate response rate of over 90%.
