Fairfax, VA – With help from our diligent IT team at HQ and our current Service Management System, Highlight Technologies has successfully earned the ISO 20000-1:2011 certification! The service management system, which is based off of the services that our IT team provides to the entire company, was put to the test. After a two-day full system audit, we passed with no listed non-conformance.
The ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 defines the requirements for a service provider to deliver managed services. It is the first international standard for service management and promotes the adoption of an integrated process approach to effectively deliver managed services. This is the 3rd corporate quality certification that Highlight has earned over the last year and is a true testament to dedication of both our IT and Executive teams.
