Fairfax, VA – On June 18, 2021, Highlight Technologies, Inc. (“Highlight”) announced that it had promoted Adam McNair to President and COO. McNair had previously held the title of COO, which he has held since 2017 when he joined Highlight.
In his role as COO, McNair led business development and operations for the company, helping the company to grow from 125 employees to over 1,000 employees, and implementing Highlight’s proprietary HI-WAY™™ delivery framework, which integrates Highlight’s CMMI and ISO certified delivery practices. In March 2021, McNair was a key member of Highlight’s team that successfully transitioned the company to employee ownership through the Employee Ownership Stock Plan (ESOP).
